Job Description
Junmore International Investment is seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell agricultural goods and FMCG products. The role requires an experienced professional with strong market knowledge, client handling skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while maintaining long-term customer relationships. The candidate will work in accordance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Promote, market, and sell agricultural goods and FMCG items in assigned areas
Identify new markets, distributors, and business opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company
Conduct market research and provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports and submit them to management on a regular basis
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Follow company rules, regulations, and ethical business practices at all times
Job Specification
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in agricultural goods and/or FMCG products
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and expand market reach
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of local and regional markets
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Willingness to travel as per job requirements
Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented personality
