Sales Officer – Rexine and Interior Products

Janaki Polychlem is seeking a motivated and result-orientedSales Officer – Rexine and Interior Products to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing excellent customer service, particularly in the field of Rexine products. The role requires strong communication skills, corporate client handling experience, and the ability to support sales initiatives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Manage and grow existing client accounts while acquiring new clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales operations
• Support sales strategies and promotional initiatives
• Handle client inquiries professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain sales records and prepare regular reports
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure business growth

• Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service
• Experience in Corporate Client Handling
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions
• Prior experience or knowledge in Rexine products is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Educational Qualification:

• Intermediate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
