Chartered Accountant

A. Bansal and Associates is seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join its professional team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, managing taxation matters, handling financial institution audits, developing financial models, and providing consultancy services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statutory, internal, and financial audits in accordance with applicable accounting and auditing standards.
• Manage taxation matters, including tax planning, tax compliance, tax return preparation, and advisory services.
• Conduct audits of microfinance institutions and development banks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and other financial documents.
• Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and feasibility studies to support business decision-making.
• Provide financial, accounting, taxation, and business consultancy services to clients.
• Identify financial risks, assess internal controls, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional institution.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong knowledge of auditing, taxation, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
• Experience in microfinance and development bank audits will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• High level of professional integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
