Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and evaluate students' academic progress and overall development.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior effectively.
- Encourage students to participate in classroom and extracurricular activities.
- Provide individual support to students based on their learning needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and other assigned responsibilities.
