Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities suitable for pre-primary students.
- Implement age-appropriate teaching methods and Montessori-based learning approaches.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
- Prepare and use teaching-learning materials and classroom activities.
- Monitor and assess students' learning and development.
- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the overall well-being of students.
- Participate in school activities, events, and other assigned responsibilities.
