Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons and activities suitable for pre-primary students.
Implement age-appropriate teaching methods and Montessori-based learning approaches.

Support children's cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development.
Prepare and use teaching-learning materials and classroom activities.
Monitor and assess students' learning and development.
Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress.

Participate in school activities, events, and other assigned responsibilities.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the primary level.
Fluency in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
Strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
