Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ERP Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and sell ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to understand business processes and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead generation.
  • Conduct product presentations and ERP software demonstrations.
  • Understand clients' business requirements and recommend appropriate ERP solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven B2B software sales experience, preferably in ERP solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes across functions such as Finance, HR, Inventory, Sales, Procurement, or Manufacturing.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
  • Experience in preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
