We are seeking a proactive, persuasive, and target-driven ERP Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Odoo ERP solutions to businesses across various industries. This role involves identifying prospective clients, understanding their business processes, conducting product demonstrations, preparing customized proposals, and closing sales. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills, with a passion for helping organizations improve their operations through ERP technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other lead generation activities.
- Understand clients' business operations, challenges, and requirements to recommend suitable Odoo ERP solutions.
- Conduct professional product presentations, live demonstrations, and client meetings to showcase Odoo ERP functionalities and benefits.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and sales agreements based on client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sales follow-up.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the implementation and technical teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful ERP deployment.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending opportunities to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay informed about ERP updates, new modules, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Attend client meetings, business events, exhibitions, and networking programs to promote the company's ERP solutions.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for management.
