Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage service team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, and support smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily food and beverage service operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
  • Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Assist in inventory management and stock control.
  • Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
  • Prepare staff duty rosters and maintain operational records.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
Job Specification
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant hospitality certifications or food safety training will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in Food & Beverage service,
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, or hospitality establishments is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in team supervision and customer service management.

Technical Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
  • Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems and billing procedures.
  • Understanding of scheduling, staff rostering, and operational reporting.
