We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage service team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, maintain quality standards, supervise staff, and support smooth restaurant operations.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in inventory management and stock control.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and maintain operational records.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales and operational goals.
