Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inter CA to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience with financial reporting, taxation, and statutory compliance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and maintain books of accounts and financial records.
  2. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  3. Handle GST/VAT, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance (as applicable).
  4. Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
  5. Support internal and external audits.
  6. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  7. Ensure timely vendor payments and customer reconciliations.
  8. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  9. Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Job Specification
  • Must have successfully completed Inter CA (CA Intermediate) from a recognized professional accounting body.
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, taxation, or audit.
  • Prior experience in a corporate organization, audit firm, or accounting practice is preferred.
  • Experience in financial reporting, statutory compliance, and taxation will be an advantage.

    Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Sound knowledge of taxation, including VAT/GST, TDS, income tax, and statutory compliance (as applicable).
  • Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger management.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.

  • Familiarity with financial reporting tools and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
