We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Inter CA to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial reporting, taxation, audits, reconciliations, and compliance while ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role offers excellent exposure to corporate finance, accounting, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accounting records and financial statements.
Handle bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare and file GST, TDS, VAT, and other statutory returns (as applicable).
Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, banks, and auditors as required.
Job Specification
Requirements
CA Intermediate (Inter CA) qualified.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit (preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally, ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
