Job Description

To drive sales growth and expand the market presence of White Adhesive products by developing strong distributor, dealer, and customer relationships while achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective market planning and execution.
  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and key customers.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach within assigned territories.
  • Conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activities, and provide market feedback.
  • Ensure product availability, timely payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for promotional activities and business growth initiatives.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain proper market records.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in adhesives, paints, construction chemicals, building materials, or FMCG industries.
  • Experience in distributor and dealer management is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop customer relationships and achieve targets.
  • Good understanding of market development and channel sales.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for market visits.
