Job Description
We are looking for an SEO Executive to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and enhancing search engine rankings through on-page and off-page strategies.
Key Responsibilities
On-Page SEO
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Optimize website content, meta tags (title, description), headers, and URLs
- Ensure proper internal linking structure
- Improve website loading speed and mobile responsiveness
- Implement schema markup and technical SEO best practices
Off-Page SEO
- Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, guest posting, and partnerships
- Manage directory submissions and social bookmarking
- Monitor competitors’ backlink profiles
Technical SEO
- Perform regular website audits to identify issues
- Fix crawl errors, broken links, and indexing issues
- Work with developers to implement technical improvements
- Optimize XML sitemaps and robots.txt
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content
- Suggest blog topics based on keyword opportunities
- Optimize existing content for better ranking
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and Search Console
- Track keyword rankings and SEO KPIs
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports
- Analyze data to improve strategy
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in SEO (can vary based on role level)
- Strong knowledge of Google algorithms and ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
