Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager from our company who develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of food products, distribution channels, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify and acquire new clients while maintaining relationships with existing customers.
Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
Conduct market research to understand competitors and consumer demands.
Negotiate and close deals with distributors, retailers, and key clients.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales in kathmandu
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
