Multi-Destination Counsellor

The Multi-Destination Counsellor will provide individualized guidance and support to students throughout their study abroad journey — from course selection and fee structuring to scholarship guidance, visa requirements, and the application process for partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on course selection, university options, and career pathways across multiple study destinations
• Guide students through fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and financing options
• Explain visa requirements and support students through the visa application process
• Manage end-to-end application processes with partner institutions
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
• Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a smooth advisory experience
• Collaborate with the wider counselling and support team to meet student and organizational goals

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, study abroad advising, or international education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work with a diverse student clientele
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ownership mindset — able to manage processes end-to-end with attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications
