Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote and market our range of surgical equipment and medical supplies. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to generate sales from hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, and medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's surgical equipment and medical products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, pharmacies, and distributors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.
  • Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.
  • Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations to ensure successful sales conversion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market feedback.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
Job Specification
  • Proven ability to generate strong sales orders and consistently achieve sales targets.
  • An established customer base and strong professional network within the healthcare sector will be highly preferred.
  • Candidates with an excellent reputation in the surgical products market and existing relationships with hospitals, clinics, medical stores, and healthcare professionals will be given top priority.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively for field visits.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
  • The salary will be increased after the successful completion of the probation period, based on the candidate's performance.
