Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's surgical equipment and medical products to hospitals, clinics, healthcare institutions, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and acquiring new clients.
- Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities.
- Present product features, benefits, and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations to ensure successful sales conversion.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and excellent customer service.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, and provide regular market feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
