Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Captain / F&B Supervisor to oversee daily food and beverage service operations in our hotel. The role involves supervising service staff, ensuring high service standards, and providing a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the food and beverage service team
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Guide and support service staff during shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Take responsibility for table service, guest satisfaction, and handling guest requests
- Monitor cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
- Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure timely service
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution
- Assist in training new staff and maintaining discipline within the team
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum +2 qualification
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
