Junior Cabin Crew

• Cabin Crew are responsible to the Purser for the performance of cabin safety functions, the initiation and performance of emergency procedures and for a high standard of customer service
• The Cabin Crew member is responsible to the Purser and the Pilot In Command in accordance with Himalaya Airlines Operations Manuals
• Cabin Crew are a vital and integral part of the operating Crew
• Their primary responsibility is the performance of cabin safety functions
• Provide a high standard of customer service
• Ensure effective communication with the Purser and Flight Crew to maintain an effective working relationship
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all applicable emergency procedures
• Maintain effective communication with Purser
• Ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of Professionalism and presentation

Qualification Requirements
● Completion of higher secondary Level (10 +2)    
● Bachelors/Graduate degree from a reputed university are preferred

Skills and Abilities
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills    
● Excellent command over Chinese and English language for safe and quality cabin crew service aimed at Chinese passengers on Nepal- China routes  
● Excellent knowledge of the diverse Chinese culture to serve the Chinese passengers onboard
● Fluency in other foreign language(s) is an advantage
● Flexible to work through varied schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
● Ability to swim at least a length of 25 meters
● Ability to easily adapt to new environment challenges
● Self-motivated with positive attitude

Other attributes
● Age between 18 and 25 years
● Minimum height of 162 cm for Female,170 cm for Male and minimum arm reach of 210 cm on tip toes, to easily reach emergency equipment on board
● Body Mass Index weight of 18-20 for female and 23-24 for male    
● Excellent personal appearance, image and style
● Good sense of personal presentation and grooming disciplines
● No visible tattoos, scars and body piercing(s) which cannot be covered discreetly
