Job Description
Gurans International Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive business development and client relations, particularly within the medical and diagnostic equipment sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in government tender processes and strong relationships with hospitals and health institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, health institutions, and diagnostic centers
Manage and coordinate government procurement, tender, and bidding processes
Ensure compliance with Public Purchase Act requirements in dealings with government bodies
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
Prepare and submit regular sales/marketing reports to management
Represent the company at client visits, meetings, and relevant industry events
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets independently
Job Specification
2 years of experience in sales/marketing of medical & diagnostic equipment
Good knowledge of government procurement, tender, and bidding process
Knowledge of the Public Purchase Act as it relates to government bodies, especially hospitals, health institutions, and other diagnostic areas
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client-handling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Target-driven mindset with a results-oriented approach
Salary & Benefits:
NPR 35,000/month
