We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Technical Engineer to join Glaum Group. This is a hybrid role combining medical equipment sales with hands-on technical responsibilities including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repair of IVF and laboratory equipment. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue while also ensuring smooth functioning of equipment at client sites. Candidates from non-engineering backgrounds can also apply if they are hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working with machines. Comprehensive training will be provided in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell IVF and laboratory equipment to clinics, hospitals, and diagnostic centers
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Assist in installation, setup, and calibration of equipment
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Provide after-sales service and technical support
- Train clinic staff on equipment usage and maintenance
- Coordinate with senior technical teams for advanced issues
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain records of sales, service visits, and client interactions
- Continuously upgrade product and technical knowledge
