- Understand and identify electronic products and their working principles.
- Assist in product demonstrations, testing, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare and maintain product specifications, manuals, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams for project-related activities.
- Provide technical support and maintain product documentation records.
- Work both indoors and outdoors as required.
