Job Description
- Assist with daily accounting entries (voucher preparation, journal entries, etc.).
- Maintain accurate financial records and documents.
- Support in bank reconciliations and petty cash handling.
- Assist in preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Help monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and documentation.
- Ensure timely filing and record-keeping of all financial transactions.
- Assist in tax and statutory documentation as per company and government policies.
- Provide support during internal or external audits.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Completed or currently pursuing).
- Fresher; prior internship or practical exposure in accounting is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the finance domain.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
