Job Description
A Billing and Dispatch Assistant manages the daily outbound logistics and invoicing process, ensuring that goods are accurately prepared, dispatched on time, and correctly billed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process accurate invoices for dispatched goods and services in a timely manner.
- Dispatch Operations: Coordinate the packing, loading, and dispatch of products to clients.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of, and prepare, dispatch reports, invoices, and stock movements.
- Inventory Control: Update stock records and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Customer Communication: Interact with customers regarding deliveries and address queries
Job Specification
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Excel, and accounting/billing software.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate schedules.
- Education: +2 equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degrees in business, management, or commerce preferred
