Job Description

GAP Technologies is looking for a Senior Lead – Software Presales, Implementation & Managed Services to manage enterprise software solutions from presales and implementation to ongoing managed service delivery. The role requires strong technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex technologies into business value. The selected candidate will ensure successful deployments, maintain operational reliability, and collaborate with clients, sales teams, and technology partners to build strong long-term relationships and deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Presales Leadership

Lead end-to-end technical presales engagements including requirement discovery, solution architecture, and proposal inputs
Conduct compelling product demonstrations aligned with real business use cases
Engage confidently with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, IT Heads, Risk teams, and operational stakeholders
Translate technical capabilities into clear and measurable business outcomes

Solution Design & Implementation

Define rollout architecture and implementation approach
Prepare technical documentation, solution briefs, compliance matrices, and RFP responses
Coordinate with internal teams and global technology partners during deployments
Ensure structured onboarding, configuration, and production rollout

Managed Services Ownership

Run and manage enterprise software solutions as managed services after deployment
Establish structured operational workflows and service delivery frameworks
Ensure solutions operate reliably in line with global operational standards and best practices
Monitor performance, resolve technical escalations, and maintain service stability

Multi-Solution Ownership

Manage and support multiple enterprise software platforms offered by the company
Maintain operational oversight, documentation, and lifecycle management across assigned solutions
Ensure each solution is implemented, supported, and optimized according to company standards

Operational Excellence

Act as the escalation point for complex technical or client issues
Maintain disciplined documentation, knowledge management, and change control
Provide structured product feedback to technology partners
Support sales teams in deal closures, renewals, and expansion opportunities

Job Specification

Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise software presales, implementation, or solution management
Strong understanding of the enterprise software lifecycle: Presales → Implementation → Managed Services → Optimization
Experience managing software platforms as ongoing services will be strongly preferred
Experience working with enterprise clients (BFSI, government, telecom, or large corporates preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple technology platforms simultaneously
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent presentation and stakeholder communication skills
Experience preparing technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
