Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth in EV charging solutions (AC & DC fast chargers). The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships with key stakeholders such as NEA, fleet operators, developers, and commercial establishments, and handling the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution, conduct market research, and consistently achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate CRM records. Ideal candidates should have a technical understanding of EV charging systems, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel across Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for EV chargers (AC & DC fast chargers)
Handle client meetings with NEA, private charging station developers, fleet operators, hotels, malls, and automobile dealers
Manage sales leads, proposals, PI follow-ups, and order closures
Coordinate with technical, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth execution
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and submit regular sales reports
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in charger sales, electrical equipment sales, power solutions, or infrastructure-related B2B sales
Basic technical understanding of EV charging systems, power ratings, connectors (CCS2, GB/T, AC)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within Nepal
Preferred Skills
Experience dealing with NEA procedures, LC-based payments, and project-based sales
Existing network with EV ecosystem stakeholders
Ability to work independently and meet targets
