Job Description

Future Employment Services is looking for a detail-oriented and professional Correspondence Officer to manage official communication and ensure smooth information flow between the organization, clients, partners, and internal teams. The role involves handling emails, letters, calls, and reports while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely responses in line with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage official correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone communications.
  • Draft and review professional emails, letters, and reports on behalf of the organization.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized records of communications and documentation for future reference.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Monitor and track communication to ensure efficient information flow and follow-ups.
  • Ensure all communications maintain a high standard of professionalism, accuracy, and clarity.
  • Support management by preparing correspondence-related reports and documentation when required.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar correspondence, administrative, or communication role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage communication efficiently.
