Job Description
Fordays Nepal is seeking a qualified and motivated Japanese Language & Skills Instructor to train candidates aspiring to work in Japan, particularly in Nursing Care and Food Service sectors. The instructor will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical training while supporting candidates in developing job-ready skills aligned with Japanese workplace standards.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Japanese language with a focus on workplace communication
Deliver theoretical and practical training in Nursing Care and Food Service
Prepare candidates for Japanese work culture, ethics, and professional behavior
Work closely under the supervision and guidance of a Principal from Japan
Assess student performance and provide continuous feedback and improvement support
Assist candidates in building job-ready skills required for employment in Japan
Maintain training records and support curriculum implementation as required
Job Specification
JLPT N3 or above Japanese language proficiency (mandatory)
Experience or knowledge in Nursing Care and/or Food Service training preferred
Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
Ability to work in a structured, multicultural training environment
Passion for teaching and candidate development
