Marketing & Operations Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, willing to learn, and capable of handling both fieldwork and office responsibilities.

 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via calls, meetings, and follow-ups to support sales growth
• Visit ward/palika offices, schools, gym clubs, and other potential client locations
• Deliver, install, and demonstrate gym equipment to customers
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment when required
• Prepare and send quotations to clients
• Handle social media platforms and digital marketing activities
• Visit client sites for maintenance and service support
• Capture photos/videos and create content for marketing purposes
• Design basic promotional materials and posts
• Create reels and TikTok videos for brand promotion
• Maintain stock records, prepare reports, and support daily office operations
• Be willing to travel outside the valley when required

• Good communication and interpersonal skills (basic English required)
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Willingness to travel and work in the field
• Physically fit to assist with equipment handling
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, design tools preferred)
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to follow instructions
• Age above 25 is preferred

Working Hours & Benefits

• Working Hours: 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Casual Leave: 1 day per month
• Occasional overtime may be required
