Fishtail Mart Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operational Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily store operations.
Ensure smooth inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business goals.
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales departments.
Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvements.
Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
Candidates with experience as an Area Manager in the retail or FMCG sector will be given preference.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Office.
