Operational Manager

Fishtail Mart Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Operational Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily store operations.
• Ensure smooth inventory, stock control, and merchandising.
• Lead, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business goals.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and sales departments.
• Monitor sales performance and implement operational improvements.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or supermarket operations.
• Candidates with experience as an Area Manager in the retail or FMCG sector will be given preference.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory management and MS Office.
