Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily business operations
Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve organizational goals
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies
Coordinate with different departments to ensure workflow efficiency
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and present to senior management
Handle client relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience
