Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Store Sales Executive to join our watch retail team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the flexibility to work in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable watch products.
Provide detailed product information and demonstrate product features.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement of products.
Assist in inventory management and stock monitoring.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Support promotional activities and in-store marketing campaigns.
Job Specification
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales (experience in watches, accessories, fashion, or luxury retail preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Smart, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge.
