Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Admin Officer to support and manage daily factory operations in Bhaktapur. The role involves ensuring smooth coordination between production, logistics, HR, and administrative functions. The Admin Officer will be responsible for documentation, inventory support, staff coordination, and maintaining effective communication across departments while upholding safety, compliance, and operational efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations of the factory.

  • Assist with inventory management, stock tracking, and production-related documentation.

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and HR teams to ensure smooth factory operations.

  • Maintain accurate records, files, and reports related to factory activities.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff scheduling when required.

  • Ensure office and production area supplies are adequately maintained and organized.

  • Facilitate effective communication between management and factory staff.

  • Assist in maintaining safety standards, compliance requirements, and operational efficiency within the factory.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in general administration and office/factory assistance.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with office software tools (MS Office).

  • Prior experience in an administrative role within a factory or production environment is an added advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
