Euro Job Services is expanding its professional, international team in Nepal. We are seeking a committed and experienced Manpower Operations Officer to support our recruitment operations for Europe and Middle East markets. Key Responsibilities

  • Source, search, and screen candidates through personal networks, social media groups, and manpower channels.
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and complete candidate files with all required documents.
  • Communicate daily with candidates, local agencies, and the international team.
  • Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely updates.
  • Keep all records properly organized using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and other tools.
  • Support smooth and efficient end-to-end processing of candidates.
  • Assist in meeting recruitment targets and operational goals.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Nepal manpower or recruitment sector.
  • Strong communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
  • Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
