Key Responsibilities
- Source, search, and screen candidates through personal networks, social media groups, and manpower channels.
- Maintain clean, accurate, and complete candidate files with all required documents.

- Schedule interviews, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely updates.
- Keep all records properly organized using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, and other tools.
- Support smooth and efficient end-to-end processing of candidates.
- Assist in meeting recruitment targets and operational goals.
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Nepal manpower or recruitment sector.
- Strong communication skills in Nepali and basic English.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
