Nepal Ecom is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Email Support Representative. This fully remote, non-voice position involves handling customer inquiries through written communication and supporting internal reporting and documentation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to all assigned customer inquiries and support requests via email.
- Reporting: Accurately document customer issues and complete Malfunction Product Reports to support product triage and resolution.
- Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere to company protocols, tone guidelines, and quality standards.
- Non-Voice Role: This is a written correspondence-only position. No telephone communication is required.
