Qualification:
- Post graduation in Business Administration/Finance/Computer Application/Human Resource or other equivalent degree from recognized university with minimum 60% marks (1st Division) or 3.25 CGPA or qualified Chartered Accountants from recognized institute of Chartered Accountancy.
Age Criteria:
Should not exceed 30 years as on the last date of application. For female candidates additional 5 years shall be considered.
Preferential Criteria:
- Having excellent communication in English and Nepali.
- Having working knowledge of computer
- Having banking experience
- Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for further processes of selection.
- Applications not meeting above mentioned criteria, with incomplete information and false information shall automatically be rejected.
Selected candidates shall be trained as Management Trainees to be eventually appointed in the post of Junior Officer of the Bank. Shortlisted candidates shall be individually informed for written examination followed by Group Discussion and Interview.
