Job Description
- Coordinating and overseeing the performance review process
- Recruitment and selection of employees in a time bound manner as per organizational requirement
- Developing and implementing the reward | compensation system for employees
- Preparing employment contracts
- Maintaining and updating personal records of employees
- Maintaining leave and attendance records
- Prepare the Salary Sheet each month using the Payroll Software every month
- Preparing HR Reports in a timely manner as requested by Company Management
Job Specification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, with hands-on exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
- Must have good knowledge of implementing HR Systems
- Must have sound knowledge of HR Software’s and MS Office
- Must be energetic, resourceful, willing to learn and participate in company affairs, and be a strong team player
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills and must be patient in dealing with employees
- Should have excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Must be proficient in the use of English and Nepali language – both spoken and written
