Job Description

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. You will lead the design process across mobile and web applications, collaborate closely with product managers and developers, and play a key role in shaping product usability, visual consistency, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for mobile apps and web platforms
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable components
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align design with goals
Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure UX consistency and quality
Mentor junior designers and contribute to design best practices
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
Continuously improve UX based on analytics, feedback, and industry trends

Job Specification

4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web app design
Expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants)
Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability heuristics
Experience designing for Android, iOS, and responsive web
Knowledge of user-centered design process and design thinking
Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience working with product-based or edtech platforms
Familiarity with designing for large-scale user bases
Understanding of frontend limitations (Flutter / React / Web)
Experience with usability testing tools and analytics
Prior experience contributing to government or enterprise-scale projects
