Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Engineer who will take ownership of product quality across mobile and web platforms. The role involves leading testing efforts, defining QA processes, driving automation strategy, mentoring QA engineers, and ensuring high-quality, stable releases through effective bug tracking and test execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive QA strategy for mobile and web applications
- Lead test planning, estimation, and release sign-off
- Perform and oversee manual, regression, and exploratory testing
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks
- Review, triage, prioritize, and track bugs through closure
- Ensure high-quality bug reports with clear reproduction steps, logs, and evidence
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and designers
- Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test cases and reports
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and test coverage

Job Specification
- 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- Strong expertise in manual testing and test automation
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum
- Proficient in bug life cycle management
- Experience with CI/CD integration for automated testing
- Working knowledge of programming/scripting (Java, JavaScript, Python, or Dart)
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
