DV Group is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive market expansion across Nepal. The role involves developing distribution networks, managing key channels (HORECA, MT, GT), and executing growth strategies for premium liquor categories including whiskey, gin, vodka, and tequila. The ideal candidate will combine strong market knowledge with leadership capability to scale business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Market Expansion
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned territories
- Drive both primary and secondary sales growth
- Expand distribution across HORECA, Modern Trade (MT), and General Trade (GT) channels
- Identify, develop, and onboard new business opportunities
2. Distributor & Channel Management
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor networks
- Ensure product availability and efficient supply chain management
- Monitor collections, credit cycles, and distributor performance
3. Brand Execution
- Execute promotional campaigns, activations, and in-store branding initiatives
- Plan and oversee events, tastings, and product launches
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team for integrated campaigns
4. Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
- Prepare and share regular sales reports and actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance
5. Leadership & Strategic Role (Manager Level)
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
- Set sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews
- Drive expansion strategies, pricing decisions, and go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business growth planning
