Job Description
Daily Derma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care and support clinical operations. The ideal candidate will ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care while collaborating with the healthcare team to enhance overall service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Provide direct nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient charts and ensure proper documentation.
Clinical Duties
- Assist physicians and dermatologists during examinations and clinical procedures.
- Handle and maintain medical equipment, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning.
- Implement and follow infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
- Respond quickly to medical or dermatological emergencies and provide timely interventions.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Educate patients about skin conditions, treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to ensure holistic and continuous patient care.
Professional Standards
- Adhere to nursing ethical standards, clinical guidelines, and organizational policies.
- Uphold patient confidentiality, privacy, and dignity at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement programs, and professional development initiatives.
Job Specification
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- License: Valid Nursing License/Registration (RN) in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
