Job Description
Crystal Cleanser Company Pvt. Ltd. (CCC) is a manufacturing and Distributing company specialised in organic, eco-friendly, and bio degradable cleaning products. The company is committed to producing safe, effective, and environmentally responsible cleaning solutions that support healthier homes, workplaces, and communities.
CCC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to be based in Kathmandu with frequent field visits across Nepal. The role focuses on expanding market presence, managing dealer networks, and promoting environmentally responsible cleaning solutions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell CCC cleaning products in assigned areas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, hotels, hospitals, and institutions
- Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations and marketing activities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Prepare regular sales and market reports for management
- Support branding, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns
Job Specification
- Minimum +2 / bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, or related field
- Experience in sales/marketing (FMCG or cleaning products preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions
- Willingness to travel extensively across Nepal
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reporting)

- Valid two-wheeler driving license with two wheeler ownership
