Job Description
- Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for Crossfire and GAROW brands.
- Support promotional activities across both digital and offline channels.
- Contribute to enhancing brand visibility through creative marketing initiatives.
Social Media & Content Support
- Coordinate content creation for social media, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and creative teams to execute campaigns.
- Track campaign engagement and assist in developing improvement strategies.
Event & Activation Support
- Assist in organizing events such as test rides, auto shows, product launches, and brand activations.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, and media coverage for events.
Dealer & Market Coordination
- Support dealership marketing activities and showroom branding.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Media & Partnerships
- Support collaborations with influencers, media houses, and brand partners.
- Assist in communication and promotional outreach initiatives.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing (Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field).
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience (experience in the automobile/EV sector preferred).
- Must Have: Personal laptop for work-related tasks.
- Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
- Additional Preference: Owning a two-wheeler is an advantage for event coordination.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
- Passion for automobiles, mobility, and marketing.
