Key Responsibilities:
- Develop structured and goal-oriented lesson plans appropriate to each student’s grade level and learning capacity.
- Conduct engaging online classes of Mathematics, Science, Coding, English, Nepali for Grade 1–10 students.
- Teach concepts clearly using practical examples and interactive teaching methods.
- Create short-term and long-term learning plans to improve student performance.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes and interactive exercises.
- Identify students’ strengths and weaknesses and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to support continuous improvement.
- Ensure students fully understand concepts by patiently addressing questions and revisiting difficult topics when necessary.
- Encourage active student participation and maintain a positive online classroom environment.
- Utilize digital teaching tools, presentations and online platforms effectively during classes.
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality and consistency in scheduled sessions.
