Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Code Mantra solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
