Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. If you are confident, persuasive, and passionate about helping clients find the right solutions, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales demonstrations.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable Code Mantra solutions.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Fresh graduates with exceptional communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software is an advantage.

  • Experience in the EdTech, SaaS, or education industry.
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
