Team Lead – Technical Delivery Manager

Cloud Tech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of software development professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This position is open for candidates based in Kathmandu Valley and Dhangadi.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software development professionals.
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily development tasks, sprint activities, and long-term technical projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Design and review client-side and server-side architectures for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Support development of responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks.
• Oversee backend development, databases, APIs, and cloud-based deployments.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Maintain code quality, security standards, and engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, and architectural assessments.
• Implement Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous process improvements.
• Conduct team performance reviews and support career development.
• Ensure proper documentation of systems and technical processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT or software development.
• At least 2+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of 8–12 members.
• Strong knowledge of modern development technologies:
• Backend: Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
• Frontend: Vue.js, React.js, or similar frameworks
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred) or equivalent
• Proven experience in API development, system architecture, and front-end integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
