Job Description

Cloud Tech Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead – Technical Delivery Manager to lead and manage a team of software development professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions, driving technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This position is open for candidates based in Kathmandu Valley and Dhangadi.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software development professionals.
Plan, assign, and oversee daily development tasks, sprint activities, and long-term technical projects.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
Design and review client-side and server-side architectures for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Support development of responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using modern frameworks.
Oversee backend development, databases, APIs, and cloud-based deployments.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Maintain code quality, security standards, and engineering best practices.
Conduct code reviews, technical evaluations, and architectural assessments.
Implement Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous process improvements.
Conduct team performance reviews and support career development.
Ensure proper documentation of systems and technical processes.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT or software development.
At least 2+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of 8–12 members.
Strong knowledge of modern development technologies:
Backend: Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, Java, etc.
Frontend: Vue.js, React.js, or similar frameworks
Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Cloud Platforms: AWS (preferred) or equivalent
Proven experience in API development, system architecture, and front-end integration.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project workflows.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
