Job Description
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Education Counsellor specializing in Australia and New Zealand to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires in-depth knowledge of international education systems, strong team management skills, and a passion for guiding students toward successful study abroad opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert counselling to students planning to study in Australia and New Zealand
- Assess student profiles and recommend suitable courses, universities, and study pathways
- Guide students through the complete application process, including admissions and visa documentation
- Lead, manage, and mentor the counselling team to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for junior counsellors
- Stay updated on changes in university requirements, education systems, and visa policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities and partner institutions
- Ensure high conversion rates from inquiries to successful enrollments
Job Specification
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Education Counsellor for Australia and New Zealand
- Strong knowledge of Australia & New Zealand education systems
- Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and training
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Australian visa processes will be an added advantage
