Job Description

Responsible for branch inventory, cash deposits, staff support, recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, retention, and exit processes. Ensures smooth daily branch operations by coordinating with the Branch Manager, HR, HODs, and Central Store, while maintaining inventory and completing assigned operational tasks in line with company SOPs and KPIs.

Job Responsibilites

  • Manage/issue/audit Branch Inventory on a daily/and monthly basis.
  • Ensure Inventory is adequate for smooth operation of Branch office.
  • Cash Deposit in assigned Bank.
  • Facilitate Branch staffs on conducting daily operational activities.
  • Escalate and achieve Recruitment and Hiring process as mandated by HRD/Department HOD’s.
  • Fulfil Onboarding and Training of staffs
  • Handle grievances of existing staffs and resolve in coordination with BM and HR Head
  • Take initiative on Retention of Branch staffs to meet required KPI provided by HOD
  • Manage exit process of staffs as mandated by KPI and SOP
  • Dispatch and Collect inventories as required for branch operation
  • Coordinate with central Store for inventory management
  • Execute tasks as assigned by BM, Chief operation and HOD-HR
Job Specification
  • Candidate must have minimum bachelor degree
  • Ideal candidate must have experience in HR or administration roles.
  • Must be able to Manage Branch Team with proper communication and Guidance
  • Must be flexible to visit assigned field or Vendor for collecting and disbursing Stock and Inventory.
  • Must have own transport and Laptop.
