Job Description
The Sales & Marketing Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth, promoting the company’s supply chain services, and building strong relationships with clients. The role requires a dynamic professional with a deep understanding of logistics, supply chain solutions, and B2B sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics, freight, and supply chain services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote supply chain solutions.
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and case studies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely responses and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for service improvement and growth.
- Provide feedback on pricing, product development, and marketing strategies.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in logistics or supply chain companies.
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
