Sales and Marketing Officer

Field sales role focused on client acquisition, product promotion, order booking, and achieving sales targets in B2B hospitality/food sector.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Visit potential and existing clients (hotels, bakeries, dairies, restaurants).
• Present products, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.
• Follow up on deliveries, payments, and after-sales service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collect market feedback and report to management.
• Participate in promotional activities and exhibitions.

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Business, Marketing, Hotel Management preferred).
• At least 1+ years in sales/marketing role.
• Preference for experience in hotel supplies, kitchen equipment, or trading.
• Must have own vehicle (two-wheeler/four-wheeler) and valid driving license.
• Good communication and convincing skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience).
• High commission on sales, fuel allowance, mobile top-up, festival bonus.
