Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsible for driving sales growth, developing marketing strategies, leading the sales team, and expanding our client base in the hospitality, food processing, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Plan and execute sales & marketing strategies to meet/exceed targets.  
• Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team.  
• Identify new clients (hotels, restaurants, bakeries, dairies, cold stores) and maintain existing relationships.  
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, close sales, and follow up on payments.  
• Develop promotional activities, digital marketing, and participate in trade fairs/exhibitions.  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.  
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or relevant field.  
• At least 3+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing Manager or similar senior sales role.
• Preference for experience in hotel supplies, kitchen equipment, hospitality sector, trading, or B2B equipment sales.
• Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler vehicle and valid driving license.  
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and team leadership skills.
