Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Officer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about education and wants to help students navigate their journey to studying abroad. As an Admission Officer, you will support students in selecting suitable courses, preparing their documentation, and assisting throughout the admission and visa process.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on education options in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, and Denmark
Assist in course and institution selection based on academic background, interests, and career goals
Guide students through application processes, including preparing and reviewing documents
Coordinate with universities and colleges to manage admissions and offers
Provide information and guidance on visa requirements, GTE/SOP preparation, and interview readiness
Follow up with students, institutions, and embassies for updates
Maintain accurate student records and track their application progress
Stay updated on changes in admission and visa policies of each destination country
Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events as needed
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in international student counseling or education consultancy preferred
Sound knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure
